Sec. 264.128. SINGLE CHILD PLAN OF SERVICE INITIATIVE. (a) In this section, "community-based care" has the meaning assigned by Section 264.152 . (b) In regions of the state where community-based care has not been implemented, the department shall: (1) collaborate with child-placing agencies to implement the single child plan of service model developed under the single child plan of service initiative; and (2) ensure that a single child plan of service is developed for each child in foster care in those regions.
