Sec. 264.1073. TREATMENT FOSTER CARE. The department and single source continuum contractors shall: (1) lessen employment restrictions to allow single parents to participate in treatment foster care, when quality care is assured; (2) expand the eligible age for treatment foster care to include children 10 years of age or older; (3) prepare and plan for the subsequent placement not later than the 30th day after a child is placed in treatment foster care to assist in the transition to the least restrictive placement; and (4) extend the length of time for a treatment foster care placement.
