Sec. 263.075. EQUIPPING THE HOSPITAL. (a) The superintendent shall, with the consent of the board of managers, equip the hospital with furniture, appliances, fixtures, and other facilities necessary for the care and treatment of patients and the use of officers and employees. (b) The superintendent shall purchase all supplies necessary for the hospital. (c) Expenditures under this section may not exceed the amount provided for them by the commissioners court.
