Sec. 263.072. ROLE OF SUPERINTENDENT. (a) The superintendent is the chief executive officer of the hospital. (b) The superintendent is subject to the bylaws and rules of the hospital and to the board of managers. (c) The board of managers shall determine the amount of time that a superintendent must spend at the hospital in the performance of the superintendent's duties.
