Sec. 26.226. JOHNSON COUNTY. The County Court of Johnson County has: (1) the general jurisdiction of a probate court; (2) juvenile jurisdiction as provided by Section 26.042 (b); and (3) original and appellate jurisdiction over all matters over which county courts have jurisdiction under the constitution and laws of this state.
