Sec. 26.1211. PRETREATMENT EFFLUENT STANDARDS. (a) The commission is authorized to administer a program for the regulation of pretreatment of pollutants which are introduced into publicly owned treatment works. (b) The commission is authorized to adopt regulations for the administration of this program consistent with 33 U.S.C. Section 1317 and rules adopted thereunder by the Environmental Protection Agency.
