Sec. 252.182. RESPITE CARE. (a) A facility licensed under this chapter may provide respite care for an individual who has a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or a related condition without regard to whether the individual is eligible to receive intermediate care services under federal law. (b) The executive commissioner may adopt rules for the regulation of respite care provided by a facility licensed under this chapter.
