CONFIDENTIALITY; DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION REPORT

Sec. 252.126. CONFIDENTIALITY; DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION REPORT. (a) A report, record, or working paper used or developed in an investigation made under this subchapter is confidential and may be disclosed only as provided by Chapter 48 , Human Resources Code, Chapter 261 , Family Code, or this section.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 887 (H.B. 4696 ), Sec. 23(2), eff. September 1, 2023.
