Sec. 252.032. LICENSE APPLICATION. (a) An application for a license is made to the department on a form provided by the department and must be accompanied by the license fee adopted under Section 252.034 . (b) The application must contain information that the department requires. The department may require affirmative evidence of ability to comply with the standards and rules adopted under this chapter.
