Sec. 25.2651. APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) This subchapter applies only to statutory probate courts composed of more than one county. (b) Except for Sections 25.0009 , 25.0010 (b), 25.0011 , 25.0030 (b), and 25.0031 , Subchapters A and B apply to a statutory probate court composed of more than one county.
