Sec. 25.2601. APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) This subchapter applies only to statutory county courts composed of more than one county. (b) Except for Sections 25.0009 , 25.0010 (b), and 25.0011 , Subchapter A applies to a statutory county court composed of more than one county.
