Sec. 248.023. ISSUANCE AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE. (a) The department shall issue a license to an applicant if on inspection and investigation it finds that the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter and department rules. (b) A license shall be renewed at the times and in accordance with department rules.
