Sec. 246.093. ORDER TO REHABILITATE. An order to rehabilitate a facility must direct the trustee to: (1) take possession of the provider's property in order to conduct the business, including employing any managers or agents the trustee considers necessary; and (2) take action as directed by the court to eliminate the causes and conditions that made rehabilitation necessary.
