Sec. 244.009. HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM. (a) In providing medical care, behavioral health care, or rehabilitation services, the department shall integrate the provision of those services in an integrated comprehensive delivery system. (b) The delivery system may be used to deliver any medical, behavioral health, or rehabilitation services provided to a child in the custody of the department, including: (1) health care; (2) dental care; (3) behavioral health care; (4) substance abuse treatment; (5) nutrition; (6) programming; (7) case management; and (8) general rehabilitation services, including educational, spiritual, daily living, recreational, and security services.
