Sec. 242.609. TRAINING PROGRAMS TO ADMINISTER MEDICATION. (a) An application for the approval of a training program must be made to the department on a form and under rules prescribed by the executive commissioner. (b) The department shall approve a training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 242.608 . The department may review the approval annually.
