Sec. 242.251. SCOPE OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies to any dispute between an institution licensed under this chapter and the department relating to: (1) renewal of a license under Section 242.033 ; (2) suspension or revocation of a license under Section 242.061 ; (3) assessment of a civil penalty under Section 242.065 ; (4) assessment of a monetary penalty under Section 242.066 ; or (5) assessment of a penalty as described by Section 32.021 (n), Human Resources Code.
