Sec. 242.035. LICENSING CATEGORIES. (a) The department shall determine the rank of licensing categories. (b) Unless prohibited by another state or federal requirement, the department shall allow a licensed institution to operate a portion of the institution under the standards of a lower licensing category. The executive commissioner shall establish procedures and standards to accommodate an institution's operation under the lower category.
