Sec. 242.018. COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 260A . (a) An institution shall comply with Chapter 260A and the rules adopted under that chapter. (b) A person, including an owner or employee of an institution, shall comply with Chapter 260A and the rules adopted under that chapter.
