Sec. 241.901. CONFLICT OF AN AIRPORT HAZARD AREA ZONING REGULATION WITH ANOTHER REGULATION. (a) If an airport hazard area zoning regulation conflicts with any other regulation applicable to the same area, the more stringent limitation or requirement controls. (b) Subsection (a) applies to any conflict with respect to the height of a structure or object of natural growth or any other matter. (c) Subsection (a) applies to any regulation that conflicts with an airport hazard area zoning regulation whether the regulation was adopted by the political subdivision that adopted the airport zoning regulation or by another political subdivision.
