Sec. 241.303. LICENSING FEE. (a) The executive commissioner by rule shall establish and the commission shall collect a fee for issuing and renewing a license under this subchapter that is in an amount reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administering and enforcing this subchapter. (b) All fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the commission to administer and enforce this subchapter.
