Sec. 24.942. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Board" means the Judicial Districts Board established by Article V, Section 7a , of the Texas Constitution. (2) "Reapportionment" means the redistribution of the judicial districts of the state by designating the county or counties to be included in each judicial district and may affect any or all of the judicial districts and counties of the state under either the original reapportionment made under this subchapter or a reapportionment at a time subsequent to an original reapportionment. (3) "Reapportionment order" means an order adopted by the board that reapportions the judicial districts of the state.
