Sec. 24.903. DALLAS COUNTY CRIMINAL JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. 3. (a) The Dallas County Criminal Judicial District No. 3 is composed of Dallas County. (b) The terms of the criminal district court no. 3 begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October. (c) Section 24.901 , relating to the Criminal District Court of Dallas County, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Dallas County Criminal District Court No. 3. (d) Section 24.115 , relating to the 14th District Court, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Dallas County Criminal District Court No. 3.
