Sec. 24.464. 287TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BAILEY AND PARMER COUNTIES). (a) The 287th Judicial District is composed of Bailey and Parmer counties. (b) The terms of the 287th District Court begin in Bailey County on the first Mondays in February and August and in Parmer County on the first Mondays in March and September.
