Sec. 24.405. 227TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BEXAR COUNTY). (a) The 227th Judicial District is composed of Bexar County. (b) The 227th District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. (c) Repealed by Acts 1997, 74th Leg., ch. 497, Sec. 3, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. (d) Section 24.139 , relating to the 37th District Court, contains provisions applicable to all the district courts in Bexar County. To the extent that this subchapter is inconsistent with those provisions, Section 24.139 prevails.
