Sec. 24.403. 225TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BEXAR COUNTY). (a) The 225th Judicial District is composed of Bexar County. (b) The 225th District Court shall give preference to civil cases and to cases and proceedings under Title 2 or 5, Family Code. (c) Section 24.139 , relating to the 37th District Court, contains provisions applicable to all the district courts in Bexar County. To the extent that this subchapter is inconsistent with those provisions, Section 24.139 prevails.
