Sec. 24.351. JUDICIAL DISTRICT 1-A (JASPER, NEWTON, AND TYLER COUNTIES). (a) Judicial District 1-A is composed of Jasper, Newton, and Tyler counties. (b) The jurisdiction of the court of Judicial District 1-A is concurrent with the jurisdiction of the other district courts in Jasper, Newton, and Tyler counties.
