Sec. 24.228. 126TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TRAVIS COUNTY). (a) The 126th Judicial District is composed of Travis County. (b) The terms of the 126th District Court begin on the first Mondays in September and November and the third Mondays in January, March, and June. (c) Section 24.155 , relating to the 53rd District Court, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the 126th District Court.
