Sec. 24.199. 97TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (ARCHER, CLAY, AND MONTAGUE COUNTIES). (a) The 97th Judicial District is composed of Archer, Clay, and Montague counties. (b) The terms of the 97th District Court begin on the first Mondays in January and July.
