Sec. 24.180. 78TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (WICHITA COUNTY). (a) The 78th Judicial District is composed of Wichita County. (b) The terms of the 78th District Court begin on the first Mondays in March, June, September, and December. (c) Section 24.132 , relating to the 30th District Court, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the 78th District Court.
