Sec. 24.137. 35TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BROWN AND MILLS COUNTIES). (a) The 35th Judicial District is composed of Brown and Mills counties. (b) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, each district court in Mills County has the civil jurisdiction of a county court. (c) The terms of the 35th District Court begin: (1) in Brown County on the first Mondays in February, June, and November; and (2) in Mills County on the first Mondays in January, May, and October.
