Sec. 24.132. 30TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (WICHITA COUNTY). (a) The 30th Judicial District is composed of Wichita County. (b) In addition to other jurisdiction prescribed by law, each district court in Wichita County has the civil jurisdiction of a county court. (c) The terms of the 30th District Court begin on the first Mondays in January and July. (d) The 30th, 78th, and 89th district courts in Wichita County have concurrent jurisdiction.
