Sec. 24.102. 2ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (CHEROKEE COUNTY). (a) The 2nd Judicial District is composed of Cherokee County. (b) The terms of the 2nd District Court begin on the first Mondays in March and September. (c) The judge may take a vacation and not attend court for four weeks in each year.
