Sec. 235.001. APPLICABILITY. (a) This subchapter applies only to a county with a population of one million or more. (b) This subchapter does not apply to fire, police, or military personnel acting in the course of their professional duties. (c) This subchapter does not affect the authority of a municipality in the county to enact ordinances under other law concerning explosives.
