Sec. 233.094. PERMIT FEES. (a) The sheriff of a county who regulates alarm systems under this subchapter may authorize the county auditor to assess and collect fees for the issuance or renewal of a permit under this subchapter in reasonable amounts set by the commissioners court. (b) All fees received under this subchapter shall be remitted to the county treasurer to be deposited to the credit of the general fund of the county.
