Sec. 233.031. AUTHORITY LIMITED TO UNINCORPORATED AREAS; CONFLICT WITH MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY. (a) The authority under this subchapter to establish building and set-back lines applies only to areas outside the corporate limits of municipalities. (b) If the lines conflict with lines adopted by a municipality, the municipal lines prevail if they are in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the municipality.
