Sec. 233.014. RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS. (a) For the purposes of this chapter, documentary evidence relied on by the child support review officer, including an affidavit of a party, together with the child support review order is a sufficient record of the proceedings. (b) The Title IV-D agency is not required to make any other record or transcript of the negotiation conference.
