Sec. 231.121. AVAILABILITY OF BROCHURES. The Title IV-D agency shall ensure that all Title IV-D brochures published by the agency are available to the public on the agency's Internet website and, on the request of the clerk of a district court, at courthouses where family law cases are heard in the county in which that district court is located.
