Sec. 224.121. CONDITION FOR IMPLEMENTATION. The department may implement this subchapter only if: (1) another state has enacted a statute providing for the acquisition, construction, and maintenance of a bridge described by Section 224.122 and for the use of the bridge by the public without charge; and (2) the bridge connects designated highways of this state and the other state.
