Sec. 22.165. PERMITS. (a) The department may require owners, their family members, and their guests to obtain permits for entrance into and use of park roads under this subchapter. (b) Permits shall be issued automatically on presentation of proper identification. (c) Permits are valid for at least one year and shall be automatically renewed for owners and their family members. (d) Permits for guests of owners shall be valid for the period of time requested by the owner.
