Sec. 22.153. APPROVAL OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION; APPOINTMENT OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (a) The concurrent order, ordinance, or resolution of the constituent agencies authorizing incorporation of the nonprofit airport facility financing corporation must approve the articles of incorporation for the corporation and any amendments to the articles of incorporation. (b) The board of directors of the corporation may be selected and appointed in any manner specified in the articles of incorporation, including the selection and appointment of the board of directors by the joint board under whose authority the jointly owned airport is operated and supervised under this chapter and the joint agreement.
