Sec. 22.035. APPROVAL BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. (a) The bonds and all records relating to their issuance must be submitted to the attorney general for examination prior to delivery. (b) The attorney general shall approve the bonds if he finds that they have been issued in accordance with the constitution and this subchapter and that they will be binding special obligations of the department. (c) Bonds approved by the attorney general must be registered by the comptroller of public accounts. (d) After approval and registration, the bonds are incontestable.
