Sec. 214.162. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Commercial building" means a building that is not a single family residence. (2) "Permit department" means the municipal agency that is authorized to issue commercial building permits. (3) "Subdivider" means a person who divides a tract of real property under circumstances to which Subchapter A , Chapter 212 applies.
