Sec. 21.752. PROCEEDINGS AUTHORIZED. In addition to any other judicial proceeding pertaining to an ordinary corporation provided for by this chapter or other law, a close corporation or shareholder may institute a proceeding in a district court in the county in which the principal office of the close corporation is located to: (1) enforce a close corporation provision; (2) appoint a provisional director; or (3) appoint a custodian.
