Sec. 21.356. PAYMENT OF EXPENSES. (a) The board may pay: (1) costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the district's operation; (2) legal fees; and (3) other incidental expenses. (b) The board may reimburse a person for money advanced for a payment described by Subsection (a). (c) A payment may be made from the proceeds of district bonds, taxes, or fees or from other district revenue.
