Sec. 21.114. AGENT FOR FEDERAL FUNDS. (a) The department is the agent of the state and of each political subdivision of the state for the purpose of applying for, receiving, and disbursing federal funds for the benefit of a general aviation airport under federal law, including 49 U.S.C. Sections 2201-2227. (b) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 4520 ), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2025.
