Sec. 207.092. DISCLOSURE OF CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS. (a) An individual at the time of filing a new claim for benefits shall disclose whether the individual owes a child support obligation. (b) If the individual discloses a child support obligation and the individual is determined to be eligible for benefits, the commission shall notify the state or local child support enforcement agency enforcing the child support obligation that the individual has been determined to be eligible for benefits.
