Sec. 207.074. CRIMINAL OFFENSE; PENALTY. An employer, or officer or agent of an employer, commits an offense if the person violates Section 207.072 or 207.073 . An offense under this section is punishable by: (1) a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000; (2) imprisonment for not more than six months; or (3) both a fine and imprisonment.
