Sec. 206.156. HEALTH CARE ENTITY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. On the written request of a health care entity, the medical board shall provide to the entity: (1) information about a complaint filed against a license holder that was resolved after investigation by: (A) a disciplinary order of the medical board; or (B) an agreed settlement; and (2) the basis of and current status of any complaint under active investigation that has been referred by the executive director or the director's designee for legal action.
