Sec. 205.022. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF GROUP ACCOUNT. (a) A group account must remain in effect for not less than two years. (b) After two years, the account may be terminated at the discretion of the commission or on application by the group. The termination is effective January 1 of the next year.
