Sec. 204.352. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if, without holding a license issued under this chapter, the person: (1) holds the person out as a physician assistant; (2) uses any combination or abbreviation of the term "physician assistant" to indicate or imply that the person is a physician assistant; or (3) acts as a physician assistant. (b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
